I was waiting with 2 young children for 3 hours for an oil change. It was only my 2nd one, and they did not honor my first 3 free because it was outside of a year. Due to covid, we don't put on a lot of m oil change. It was only my 2nd one, and they did not honor my first 3 free because it was outside of a year. Due to covid, we don't put on a lot of miles. I thought they should have extended it. I've had this before buying a car at a dealership, everything is sunshine and roses and then the service is sub par. I'm treated better at my local shop. Less wait time, etc. I'm just disappointed it seems to be happening here, too. We recently purchased 2 brand new cars from you an expedition limited and explorer platinum. Makes me rethink where we will go next time. More

Appointment made for oil change and tire rotation and separate appoint made for recall. Service manager called 3 hours after drop off to inform that they could not perform the recall fix due to “overboo separate appoint made for recall. Service manager called 3 hours after drop off to inform that they could not perform the recall fix due to “overbooking” and asked if we still wanted service done. After 3 hours, the service should have been already completed not just getting started. Waste of a trip and we are fairly sure they didn’t perform any services as requested. Terrible visit and will not be looking to purchase again through this dealer based on service experience. Upon pickup at front desk, salesperson was confrontational suggesting we were “throwing” things at them based on my wife just putting her wallets and keys on the table to pay. No manager to be found at 4:30 on a Saturday. Terrible experience overall. More

very clean and professional dealership and I would do business with them again except for the fact they charged me $1999.00 for a third party protection program that I didn't want. It took us over two we business with them again except for the fact they charged me $1999.00 for a third party protection program that I didn't want. It took us over two weeks to find the truck that had everything we wanted. When I told them I didn't want the protection program, I was told I didn't have to buy the truck. Extorsion at it's best in my opinion. I would rather have spent the money on a Ford Extended Warranty, but now I wasn't going to spend another $2000. More
