Almost 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change and tires rotated. I could see that if I was a “walk-in” customer but i wasn’t - I had a 9:30 am appointment. Angelo told the customer service reps that I ha rotated. I could see that if I was a “walk-in” customer but i wasn’t - I had a 9:30 am appointment. Angelo told the customer service reps that I had left and would pick up the vehicle later when in fact I had told him I would be waiting for the vehicle in your lounge. The work was completed just a short time before I checked on the status of my vehicle at 11:50 am. I didn’t expect a 10 minute oil change, but the work took way longer than it should have in my opinion. Customer lounge was nice. More
