The few times I have ventured out for service, closer to my home, I have been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service received at the hands of other dealerships. Recently, I contacted Bob Geisheker of Knauz because I was in need if a new car. My experience was beyond perfect. There was little stress in the process and devoted attention to me and my satisfaction as the customer. I wish there were 10 Stars to award Bob and Knauz BMW the finance manager was also patient and a delight to work with. Thank you! More

In 2007 I performed exhaustive research before selecting a Chicagoland BMW dealer, using both online and making several visits to each location (including Perillo BMW which was highly disappointing). My goal was to ensure the experience was fun, exciting, and resulted in the BMW I wanted without pressure or buyer’s remorse. Needless to say, I chose Knauz based on all those factors and bought my first brand new car ever, a BMW 335 xi Coupe. Fast forward to 2014 as a return customer to Knauz BMW where I purchased my 2013 X5. Judy Powell, my Salesperson was professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I drove nearly every SUV-type that was available in the lot the day including an X3 and X6. Although my original intention was to go with something smaller, I purchased the X5. After nearly 5 hours of driving and thinking, Judy assessed my driving needs throughout such as mileage per year, my personal style, and pros/cons of each vehicle without pressure. She also made me feel confident in my decision including trading in my first love 335 xi Coupe and furthermore obtaining a decent 2nd trade-in price for a Lexus that I had. Last but not least, I brought in my significant other (Cathy) and the entire staff welcomed us both without hesitation or awkwardness. The only thing Cathy and I regret is that she didn’t buy her Cadillac SRX at Knauz BMW . . . there’s no other dealership to compare re: customer service. Cathy also witnessed this first hand. I went to their dealership and Bob Geisheker helped me. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. Working with him made the whole buying process so much easier. I was surprised to find out how easy it was to buy a used car without all the hassle when you work with the right sales expert. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who wants to buy a new or used car. We reviewed options on BMW X5 online, met Judy Powell at office and she helped us test drive with detailed explanation. This is our first BMW vehicle. We were really impressed with vehicle condition and price. We decided to purchase at good price on same day. We love the car so far, still testing in progress and we hope to be very useful during winter as well. Hoping for investing in future BMW cars and as of now we are entirely satisfied with the service we received. An Honest Approach I started the process of leasing a car through a website search. I had a BMW for 8 years and my eye was on the X3. I was given Bob Geisheker's name a I started the process of leasing a car through a website search. I had a BMW for 8 years and my eye was on the X3. I was given Bob Geisheker's name and made an appointment with him. I told Bob that I was in the early stages of researching the next car that my husband and I would get. I live and work close by, so leasing seemed the best option for our family at this time. Bob was very honest with me about what BMW had to offer and what inventory he had. He walked us through the process of selling our current BMW and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. He also introduced us to his colleagues at Mercedes to allow us to learn about other cars similar to the X3. He wanted us to be satisfied. We didn't end up leasing from Bob and went with the Mercedes. Mercedes simply had more inventory of 2014's. We felt so strongly about how Bob had helped us that we didn't want his time to go unnoticed. He went above and beyond for us and we feel obligated to make sure that he gets the accolades he deserves. He has made us life long Knauz customers and we look forward to working with him and all Knauz employees in the future. More
