Drove 50 minutes to take a look at a Suburban. We were met by Josh and he was laid back and helpful. The vehicle was as described and we sat down to discuss numbers. Sales manager Tim, was candid, straight forward and gave us the deal we were looking for even with our trade in. Bought a jeep with bad engine from them, seen the road 4 times only. took it to them. Not wanting to look at it. Pushed it off not wanting to own up. Been having to pay monthly for a vehicle that has bad en times only. took it to them. Not wanting to look at it. Pushed it off not wanting to own up. Been having to pay monthly for a vehicle that has bad engine. Still owe 19400 on it. Saying we didn’t pay for the highest warranty. When we know we did. If I don’t hear from them to fix the issue. I’m going to get that jeep some way there and let it sit there. More
