The sales and service team at Keffer Mazda are the most courteous, respectful, straightforward, and respectable group I’ve ever dealt with in buying a car—from the lady that greeted me when I walked in the courteous, respectful, straightforward, and respectable group I’ve ever dealt with in buying a car—from the lady that greeted me when I walked in the door, to the guy that handed me the keys to my new, used car, idling with the AC Cooling it down, full of gas, when the deal was done. There was no pressure, no false sense of urgency, and no exaggeration, and there were no false claims. I dealt mostly with the sales manager, Jason Riley. He listened to what I was looking for and what my buying parameters were, and he met them. He assessed my offer thoughtfully, fairly and honestly, and we worked out a deal that was good for both of us. He is hard-working, smart and straight-talking, and he obviously values integrity, respect, and customer service above all else. Salesman Jaleil Strickland was also was very helpful and great to work with throughout the process. These guys love and respect their customers, and they are good at what they do. The next time I’m in the market for a car, I will call them first. I strongly recommend that you do the same! You’ll be glad you did. P.S.: My new, used Toyota Avalon is better than I expected! More
