Tacked on a lot of expenses to the final price without mentioning them. Salesman seemed uninterested, checking his phone most of the time. A day later I get a call saying they forgot to do the emissions tests and need to take the car back for a day to properly register it. The drive to the dealership is 250 miles there and back. This unnecessarily adds 750 miles to my car. More

He didn't force us to wait & talk to the Sales Mgr like they did at the other two dealerships. Once the deal was done we were off to the Finance dept. where we were handled with polite professionalism & received a Super low rate! We ordered the Turbo S Premium Plus so had to wait a bit for it to come in, but Daemion gave us a CX-90 PHEV as a loaner!!! Which made the wait easy & believe me, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! More
