He didn't force us to wait & talk to the Sales Mgr like they did at the other two dealerships. Once the deal was done we were off to the Finance dept. where we were handled with polite professionalism & received a Super low rate! We ordered the Turbo S Premium Plus so had to wait a bit for it to come in, but Daemion gave us a CX-90 PHEV as a loaner!!! Which made the wait easy & believe me, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! More

I had issues with the trade in of my old car due to no fault of the dealership. It was all the banks problem. The dealership was very understanding of it taking so long for their check for my trade in to fault of the dealership. It was all the banks problem. My ID was left at the dealership and it was promptly mailed to me- since I live a hour away. Brian Webb was great. The day I bought my car he did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. He has been in constant communication with me since. He followed up a week after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new car and answer any questions I may have had. He communicated with other departments in the dealership to make fixing the problem with my trade in as easy as possible. He was also extremely apologetic regarding the situation even though I made it very clear that it was not the dealership’s fault. He even listened to me vent about the stupidity of my bank. I would 100% recommend Keffer Mazda and Brian Webb as a salesman. More
