Purchasing my new car from Sonny and Michael at Keffer Mazda was a pleasure. They were able to give me a fair trade value through text and photos, so there weren’t any surprises when I got to the dealers Mazda was a pleasure. Sonny explained all the features of the car as well as taught me about the infotainment system. Additionally, he set up my key fob and MyMazda pairing. He couldn’t have been more helpful. More

Lost the only key I had to my 2011 CX7. They told me I had to purchase 2 keys at a total cost of $1150. They were not able perform the job for 2 days and said I first had to purchase the They told me I had to purchase 2 keys at a total cost of $1150. They were not able perform the job for 2 days and said I first had to purchase the parts from their parts department. Their parts department did not have the keys in stock and would not let me order over the phone with a credit card. I hung up and called Mazda of South Charlotte. They had the parts, reprogrammed the keys the same day and charged $300 less. I highly recommend staying away from these guys More
