Jaleil, our salesman, was a pleasure to work with, however we had a different experience with Jorgen - the finance guy. We came into the dealership with an approved loan from our credit union. Jorgen however we had a different experience with Jorgen - the finance guy. We came into the dealership with an approved loan from our credit union. Jorgen approached us and indicated he could beat the rate and offered advice on the downside in using credit unions. He failed in giving us a better rate and provided two loan offers from a credit union which contradicted what he was trying to discourage us from doing. When we were finalizing the numbers, he presented two options only to rescind one of them because the bank's decision was still pending. We were told he was going to call us back the next day which never happened even after we followed up with him. This negatively impacted our experience as Jorgen displayed a lack of integrity on so many levels. As a result, we do not recommend doing business with Keffer Mazda unless you're prepared to pay cash or already have an approved loan you plan to stick with despite the "advice" they try to give you.
