Kept us there for SIX HOURS when we went in to buy a car we had already seen. Kept stringing us along with, "so sorry, we will get right to you", do one little step, then leave us sitting for 45 minutes, a we had already seen. Kept stringing us along with, "so sorry, we will get right to you", do one little step, then leave us sitting for 45 minutes, an hour, etc. "Just one more, you'll be out of here in 20 minutes" and then we'd wait and wait and wait until we'd start to walk out again. Offered to come back when they were less busy, "no, no, we will take good care of you now"...and then they'd do one little thing then leave us waiting again! Then we did not get all the features we paid for, and had to fight for those. And then, service since then has been awful. Like, how dare we expect them to ever fix a problem with the car, or honor their "Keffer Experience" (don't buy this, it's a total scam!) or fix warranteed problems or ANYTHING. Wish I'd never heard of them, and certainly wish we'd never bought the car from them. Said car is now being towed to them, with less than 6,000 miles on the odometer, and they don't have any loaners and they don't think they can get to it today, and so we won't have a car for the next four days or more (it's a holiday weekend coming up). Yeah. The "Keffer Experience" sucks. More
