Not turning lemons into lemonade Bought a certified 40k car on Tuesday. Stranded on the side if the road Wed with a promise to fix by Thursday. Picked up Thursday and 40 miles later, stranded on the side if the road again with check engine alerts both times. While I appreciate their attempts to fix the car, the inability to adequately diagnose issues is a concern. I need to know my family is in a safe vehicle and not calling daily tow trucks. The sales department was fine and the management has been responsive, but if a dealer can't diagnose and sufficiently repair their own vehicle then that is a trust issue. I won't call out names right now. I have now used three days of my vacation driving back and forth to Kelly Jeep and still don't have a car for my wife. More
