My friend broke down a few miles from Kelly dealership. The car had a low voltage problem and it would not go out of park. I called the service tech, Jim on my friend's behalf. Jim checked it out for me several times. His courtesy was exemplary. His knowledge of how to fix the car was very gratifying. I am a lifelong Pennsylvanian but I have never heard of Kelly dealership.
