Very accommodating and efficient. I came in for routine maintenance because of the easy access as a Beverly resident. Was also concerned about a scraping noise. Although the news I received went beyond “routine” since it was determined I was in dire need of brakes, the staff were quick to tackle the job. Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Will never return. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance for a recall. Appointment was made for 8:15 am was told it would take about 2 hours. I filled out the information on the envelope that you put the key in. Said I need the car by 1:pm. When I arrived at 12:15 my car had not been touched. I drove down from New Hampshire to be the loyal customer I have been. When I questioned the service representative he said they ran out of links. Nobody could Call me and let me know. I will never do business with Kelly again. More
