Mr. Bueno, Our technician spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why you had so many concerns, such as check engine light on, 4wd light on, rough idling, decreased engine performance, and increased fuel consumption. It was only after he came to me to run a Carfax on it because there were many things not right, and he had a suspicion that it was in a severe accident that we found out the vehicle was deemed a total loss. There is no way for us to figure out what is wrong with this vehicle without spending many hours sorting it out. It is our policy not to work on vehicles that have been totaled. We strongly suggest you bring it back to whomever you recently bought it from and have them make it right. In short we did spend quite a bit of time diagnosing your vehicle, and we should be compensated for that. Our diagnosis is that it is a total loss vehicle and no longer covered under manufactures warranty. We wish you luck but do feel your review is unfair to us. Brian Kelly Jr.
