It is best to drop off vehicle rather than waiting on site. I was asked upon checking in if I wished to have my vehicle washed. I said yes. And lo and behold my vehicle wasn’t even washed. I happened to make a comment to my husband as a salesman’s passed by and overhead and was kind enough to ask the tech dropping off my car that I had requested to get car washed. Then he told the salesman yes but she would need to wait another 10 minutes because of some excuse. So if it wasn’t for the saleman, I wouldn’t had been addressed on the matter. No big deal but then why ask I want to get my car washed and then do it. I’ve had another issue a few tire rotations back but a simple hey it’s gonna be another 10 minutes or would you like to wait. Amber was great as far as keeping us updated and accommodating any concerns we had. However, I am not pleased with THIS Nissan location. Upon purchase; the car was brought out still wet and not drie accommodating any concerns we had. However, I am not pleased with THIS Nissan location. Upon purchase; the car was brought out still wet and not dried entirely, then the keyfob was broken and we had to make an appointment to get fixed. Which took 2 1/2 hours only to be told they could not fix bc keyfob did not come from Nissian. Only options were to keep a broke fob or pay $600 for a new one. I explained that that was they fob given to us 3 days ago when we brought the car and why that day when we told them is was broken did they not check and or tell us this. They offered to pay half for the fob but they should’ve covered the entire cost of fob since they sold it to us without checking it. Consumer should not have to cover if we revealed it was broken at time of sale. Especially when we paid the car off in full at time of purchase. Where is the costumer appreciation. More
