Amber was great as far as keeping us updated and accommodating any concerns we had. However, I am not pleased with THIS Nissan location. Upon purchase; the car was brought out still wet and not drie accommodating any concerns we had. However, I am not pleased with THIS Nissan location. Upon purchase; the car was brought out still wet and not dried entirely, then the keyfob was broken and we had to make an appointment to get fixed. Which took 2 1/2 hours only to be told they could not fix bc keyfob did not come from Nissian. Only options were to keep a broke fob or pay $600 for a new one. I explained that that was they fob given to us 3 days ago when we brought the car and why that day when we told them is was broken did they not check and or tell us this. They offered to pay half for the fob but they should’ve covered the entire cost of fob since they sold it to us without checking it. Consumer should not have to cover if we revealed it was broken at time of sale. Especially when we paid the car off in full at time of purchase. Where is the costumer appreciation. More

My salesman Daniel was great but I was a tad frustrated with the service when I got my car. It was washed but not dried, then my key fob didn’t work and I had to make an appointment to get it fixed.
