Run as fast as you can. This dealership will nickel and dime you and tell you that you have agreed to one price, and when you get home and get all your payment paper work, y This dealership will nickel and dime you and tell you that you have agreed to one price, and when you get home and get all your payment paper work, you realize that you just paid $5000 more than you agreed upon. I am absolutely shocked. I was also promised that the car was warrantied for 150K miles or 7 years, only to read that I was totally lied to, and it was 100K miles or 7 years on a car that already had 98K miles. They even charge you an extra fee to pay your monthly payments electronically. $399 fee to enroll in the monthly payment plan, and then you get charged an additional fee every time they take your payment. It's going to cost me an extra $838 just to pay my car payments. I should have gone to Carmax. More

Overall service is great. I did have to go in myself to schedule the appointment even though I was told they would call me when I purchased the vehicle a over a month before. The most amazing, easiest, uncomplicated experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am blown away by how smooth everything went. I trusted his expertise and knew that I was in good hands. The customer service was impeccable and will have me ranting to others to stop by for their car buying needs. I will also add that the Kelly Nissan staff provided exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and acknowledged with the upmost respect.
