I purchased my car from them, at the time there were no issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a fla issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a flat called and scheduled a appointment and was told they had no appointments that week and it qould be a week out before they could see me.... My sensor for the tires came on, and stayed on. I got the car serviced for this tire and paid for a new sensor. The light stayed on, I came back at lease two more times amd was told that I needed new tires, paid for that amd the light was still on. Then, I was informed that due to me using fix a flat I needed to buy a new sensor becuase that messed the first sensor up..... I was never told that I had run flat tires and never to use this.... If I just purchased the car last year even with wear and tare I shouldnt have needed new tires already. Also to have to pay for the same sensor twice within weeks apart is ridiculous. Just think they could have know all of this in the beginning amd saved me and them time. More

The service experience was excellent! I was greeted by Eva Castanon when I drove in. She kept me apprised of what was happening during the entire service process. The person who checked me in was wonderful as always. My concern is how my tire service was handled. One tire was found to have a nail in it. It was patched and inflated to 38. The other tires had 44-45- My concern is how my tire service was handled. One tire was found to have a nail in it. It was patched and inflated to 38. The other tires had 44-45-45. 1. The pressures of 44 - 45 were what I received when I purchased the vehicle. I am sure the repaired one was the same before the nail. These are not within specs so why was the car originally released to me with this. 2. When I received the service, the pressure was checked for all the tires. The repaired one was fixed to 38 and the others were left at 44-45. I called back to share the readings and inquired why I was released with such a variance in pressures and why I was not told this. No one contacted me to provide information about this or to provide recommendations. This was a missed opportunity for customer support to provide maintenance and safety information along with making the adjustments needed. More
