Nissan Service was excellent! I recently took my vehicle in for interior and exterior parts that we owed to me when I purchased the vehicle. He was very nice and courteous. He took the time to call me once my vehicle was done and explained everything that was done to my car. Also the young lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice!! Her name was Felicia and she was very professional about doing her job. She should be a service advisor with her skills as a people person! I also asked Raul the technicians name that worked on my car and he told me it was Leo, i asked Raul to thank him for me personally for doing an amazing job!!! More

My buying experience I purchased my first car ever. I had over $2000 to put down, but only had to give $1000. Purchasing a new car We have purchased and leased other cars from Kelly Nissan. We have always had good service on our cars and great help from the sales department. We gave them specific items we wanted on the car and the model we wanted. We wanted a Rogue with gps,electric seat, and all around camera. The car that fit our requirements was a 2016 Rogue SV. They worked with us on the price and financing. Our salesman John Vanik and the sales manager Tony worked very hard and were very friendly and helpful. We purchased the car and my wife and I are very pleased with our new car and the way the sales staff helped us.I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a car. Ron Peer More
