second rogue leased with kelly I called into Kelly with a few questions about my lease that had only a few payments left, but was way over the mileage I was allowed. I never leased a vehicle before this and wasn't sure what that meant for me or what would happen. Shelby S answered the phone and was very patient with me while I explained my entire situation to her. she answered every question she could and told me some questions she was unsure of so she put me through to (another) Shelby N. I reexplained my situation and Shelby N. explained to me that there were multiple options for me to look at and that my over mileage wouldn't be a major problem even with a few months left cause Nissan would wave 2 for me anyway! I unfortunately had to wait to come in once I spoke to these girls due to a busy schedule which meant more miles. After a long month and many phone calls and text exchanges with Shelby S I finally got to come in and worked with Shelby N! They made it very easy for me to get into a brand new rogue lease even with my extra miles on my old one. I even got some upgrades and they got my payment right where I wanted it to be with some money down of course. They all were super patient from my first phone call with shelby S and up to my red carpet drive out of the showroom!!! I will never go anywhere else for my service or for my next vehicle. They make it easy and don't play games like most dealerships do. More
