Not only was he very professional, he was also personable. He did not treat our encounter as just a business deal, but genuinely wanted to help me get into a car as soon as possible. I recently totaled my car and was paying an astronomical amount of money for my rental car. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Kelly Nissan, Zach took the time to send me a card in the mail congratulating me on the purchase of a car that I ended up buying privately. My knight in shinning nissan apparel,(button up & khakis) came to the rescue today in a huge way(in all seriousness). All joking aside after a 10 hour day, a 100 mile trek home in nyc traffic would put anyone in a bad mood. Throw in the fact that your car is on its way out, and sprinkle in a little tornado in there and you get one less than friendly person on the other end of the phone. None the less, The Nissian Knight in Shinning Khakis picked up the call. He told me to come in and drop off the car to be fixed. I was in and out within the hour. Problem solver.
