As I see a car as vital to maintaining my lifestyle it only took being shown the one car in order to complete the sale. I must have 'practical' written on my face. We went on a test drive to make sure I was in the right ballpark as far as what I was searching for. I was. Derek was nothing but accommodating. This man obviously knows his vehicles but more important to me, knows his customers. We left with a handshake and a promise that he would get to work. I get a text today from Derek. He has two vehicles just in that match what I'm looking for, so my wife and I come in to see. One matches better than the other and off on a test drive my wife and I go. This could not be any simpler. This is what buying a car should be like. It all stemmed from Derek's proper handling of business. No mess, no stress, everything is clear the first time around. No waiting for the proverbial "other shoe to drop." A gentleman, a professional and good at what he does. Fair market value on our trade in. Fair value on our purchase. I originally purchased a 2016 murano platinum after owning one for over 10 years. I was not happy with the new styling of the murano and traded in for the rogue.The murano was too large and it had a lot of blind spots even with the cameras. Dirt and salt from the winter would get inside the inner door track.We will see how the ownership of the rogue goes. More
