They staff is beyond courteous; they are down right friendly. I walked in unscheduled and still received prompt attention. The price estimates, as well as those on how long my unscheduled maintenance would take, were absolutely correct. They were also able to fully detail the vehicle and apply the environmental protection coating. The vehicle was spotless, and I was able to use the time to catch up with my favorite service advisor, Larry. This is the second vehicle I've leased from this dealership and I have every intention of continuing to do business with them. More

During a time of great distress, Michael Van Horn was great in making what could have been an incredibly stressful process in to an easy one. He was so helpful to me personally as I was in a cast and he kept me laughing. After our initial visit, he sent me videos of vehicles he thought might be of interest to me.
