They set me up with Scott to test drive the car and see if it would be affordable. Scott was very knowledgeable and personable and made me comfortable. He didn't push me to go past the payments or years I was able to afford. He gave me different options and called over Mike to help out. They were able to help me and work out a reasonable monthly payment. When I came the next day, Michelle helped me sign the papers and gave me a discount on the bumper to bumper coverage. All in all a great experience and definitely will recommend people in the future! More

Altimate Brand New Car My old car was done, suddenly putting me in the market for a car. At first, my thoughts were all over the map about whether to buy a used car outrigh My old car was done, suddenly putting me in the market for a car. At first, my thoughts were all over the map about whether to buy a used car outright, finance a nice pre-owned car, or lease a brand new car. Frank Renaldi helped me understand the financial pros and cons of each option, and cared about what was important for my personal situation. I went in the direction of leasing a brand new Altima, which was pretty much the polar opposite of how I've bought cars in the past. Yet in talking with Frank, taking everything into consideration for my goals right now and for the next few years, the lease made the most sense. I really wouldn't have seriously considered that as a good option until Frank took the time to really lay everything out for each option, and answer all my questions. Eric Sparrow is great to work with as well. He helped me understand all the technical aspects of the Altima. There is a lot to that, so I was relieved when he let me know I can call him anytime if I get stuck on anything. And, John Arena is great as well. He explained the details of all the paperwork, broke down different protection plans, and gave me his candid advise on what's most important for my situation. As a whole, the experience was very positive. I felt all my questions were answered, that the representatives cared about my goals and wanted to help me reach them, and that I got an exceptional lease on a sweet car. 80 miles for a used car. We were looking for a used car. We searched and found one advertised on the Kelly Automotive group website. It was a 2000 Honda Civic that had only 33,000 miles. The dealer was 80 miles from our house but we decided it was too good of a deal to pass on. We drove there and we introduced to Wilbert Chevez who showed us the car and took us for a test drive. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out the answer for us. There were a few things that we asked to be fixed on the car which took a couple of days. We asked for a lower price and they agreed to the price. We bought the car and came back in a few days to pick it up. All the work was done that we asked to be done and the car looked great. Wilbert was a great salesman, not too pushy and very professional. Great experience and we would buy a car from him again. More

After visiting a dealership last week in NJ, (that did not want to give us the time of day), on Monday we took a ride to Kelly Nissan to look at a tru After visiting a dealership last week in NJ, (that did not want to give us the time of day), on Monday we took a ride to Kelly Nissan to look at a truck for my husband. From the time we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with nothing but friendly and professional people. This is the first time I have ever bought a car where I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and every question that we had for our salesman was answered. The employees at Kelly Nissan went about and beyond what we expected from them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and will be back the next time we purchase another vehicle. On a side note, before we went to the dealership my husband inquired about the vehicle he was interested in and had gotten back an immediate response. We also sent in an application loan for pre-approval, so when we had gotten to the dealership they already had our information and was one less thing that needed to be taken care of while we were there. The whole car buying experience was enjoyable! More

Great experience I didnt think I would qualify for the type of car I received. I thought for sure they would walk back and tell me no. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, even through all my questions about the "fine print" they still talked me through it all. Usually female buyers get toyed and played with and they were really great despite the stigma against dealerships. They were definitely a blessing. More
