As a woman shopping for a car, this industry can be intimidating and frustrating. There have been so many times I have left dealership feeling like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge in vehicles. Not here. They are such a great group of honest and caring salesman that are more concerned with a happy customer, repeat business, and positive reputation than making a dollar off of you. On the contrary, they steered me away from a car that was not in my best financial interest even though I am sure it would have been a better deal for them. Not only do I highly recommend this dealership but I will be sure to never buy a car from anywhere else as long as Bill Pallo and Mike Disora are there to take care of me. More

Another Great Kelly Nissan Experience Over the years I have purchased 5 new cars at other dealerships, and last November purchased my first pre owned vehicle at Kelly Nissan. I was very h Over the years I have purchased 5 new cars at other dealerships, and last November purchased my first pre owned vehicle at Kelly Nissan. I was very happy with my purchase, but after 14 months decided I needed something better suited to my needs in a vehicle. I stopped in late on Saturday afternoon and met Scott Tophoney. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do, and was concerned since I only had my vehicle for a little over a year, my trade in, balance of loan etc, would not be a wise decision, and inevitably losing my initial down payment only a year before. Scott was very understanding, wanted to make sure I found a car I was satisfied with, and assured me Mike Disora would help me put a package together that would be financially sound. He was right, a few hours later I was on my way home with my 2nd Nissan purchase from Kelly. I am so satisfied with the quality and value of these pre-owned vehicles, I don't think I would buy new again!...Both Scott and Mike were extremely helpful, they did not rush me at all, and throughout the whole experience didn't push the sale, rather were clear I needed to be happy and satisfied with my decision, as this was their main goal.
