mixed feelings on this dealership bought my 2014 murano in the beginning of June and it has been 2 months and never once did anyone personally call me after i took my car off the lot.. bought my 2014 murano in the beginning of June and it has been 2 months and never once did anyone personally call me after i took my car off the lot... first of the 9 new cars i bought in my life that i did not hear back from dealer after taking car home ...this was my first time buying at kelly...i always bought hondas from lehigh valley honda and they called me numerous times to see if i was satisfied...kelly could learn from them ..love my murano just disappointed in their customer service ...oh the only people from kelly to make any contact wih me was emails from their maintainence dept. looking for my future business ...funny...i notice my sales person no longer works there... keith h More

The test drive was informative and I got to drive neighborhood, highway, as well as "doughnuts" in the parking lot! The whole process took about 4 1/2 hours, including financing, and I never felt pressured or hurried. I drove my new Juke home. Very pleased. More

Just Looking In a position where a new car may be the best way to go but its not completely necessary as my current vehicle runs great. Went into Kelly Nissan and was helped by a fine young gentleman named Nathan who was very understanding to the position I was in. He helped me look through the Nissan selection of vehicles and I test drove a few. After spending some quality time at the dealership I told Nate I needed some time to think it over. He was completely understanding and respectful of that choice and even provided me with multiple print outs of pricing and option packages for two different vehicles. I am still in the process of purchasing a new vehicle but when I do it will be from Nate. Highly recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
