He went above and beyond in ensuring a speedy delivery process, as we had two young kids in tow. He also checked with us several times after the sale to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with our car. John and Mark in finance were teriffic as well. They were able to secure a loan for us that beat the rate of our preapproed blank check. Everything was gone over in as much detail as we required, and, unlike other dealers I've gone to in the past, I didn't feel like any extra charges were being snuck in - everything was clear and on the up-and-up. Even the service contracts were offered at a very fair price. Overall, I can't say enough about the difference between Kelly and the last time I purchased a car at another dealership. I'm actually looking forward to (instead of dreading) my next car purchase! More
