Am a retired pediatrician, MD, and as my wife and I drove into the dealership - we did not know where to go. Ray saw us from inside his office and came outside of the building to greet us - only a minor item - but it was a nice starting touch - and it puts the customer more at ease. John Arena- finance specialist - Cheerful, friendly and a very efficient young man ....lots of potential there. He expedited all of the paper work - and made it easy for me. The whole experience encourages a return visit for next new car in 3 years.. You should double the salary of these 2 men immediately !! More

I spoke with Kathy Gara, who assisted me with questions that I had about their online inventory. While she was encouraging me to come in, she was in no way, shape, or form, pushy like some of the other representatives I have spoken too. She was courteous, helpful, and let me lead the conversation. I made an appointment for 9 am the next day. When I got there, I had asked for her and a nice young gentleman went to go find her. She came down and was even nicer in person. With her being an online associate, she told me that the nice young man that retrieved her would help me. He was wonderful! We test drove a few options, and he was very honest with what I could and could not afford. He did not try to push a more expensive car on me when I knew I couldn't afford it. He got me a well priced vehicle, with a low monthly payment and worked with the down payment I had with me. He was nothing but helpful. He was never pushing me, using technical jargon, or trying to push me into a deal that I did not want to be stuck in. The financial director was also nothing but friendly and helpful. He also was never trying to get me sucked into more extras, or different payment options. Overall, my experience was great. I had nothing but a great time searching for this car. It was not a hassle, and it was an enjoyable experience as it should be. I would recommend this dealership, especially the salesman, to anyone. More
