Good service, able to answer questions I was in for a bit of routine maintenance, which was handled fairly quickly and easily. Rick Rocks! We LOVE Kelly Nissan! We’ve purchased four cars from there (three for us and one for our son) and that’s who services our vehicles. In fact, that’s We LOVE Kelly Nissan! We’ve purchased four cars from there (three for us and one for our son) and that’s who services our vehicles. In fact, that’s why we were at the dealership on Saturday! Never a bad experience. We love the thoroughness of the service department! Rich was taking care of us that day. He was very attentive and thorough! While we were waiting for our car, we ran into our car expert, Rick. We love that Rick knows us and the car we own. We had some time to kill so we were checking out the showroom. I made the mistake of sitting in a brand new Altima. This thing was gorgeous. Of course, Rick asked me if I was interested because they wanted my white Rogue. We didn’t plan on purchasing a new car that day, but I was dreaming about the 2019 Rogue in blue. They had one on the lot that was gorgeous. Rick said he would work the numbers and let me know on Monday. Twenty mins later, my phone rings and we’re down at Rick’s desk and he’s telling me about what Nissan is offering for a new Rogue. Needless to say, it worked out and we drove home in a brand spanking new Rogue. It’s beautiful and we love it! Before I knew it our car was done and outside for us to clean out and transfer the stuff to the new one. Yippee! Rick is awesome and he jokes around so he’s not all business. I LOVE that! It makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Kudos to Michael Salavari who processed all of the paperwork in record time and was a joy to speak with! Did I mention that we love this place? Love love love my Rogue. Thanks Rick!!!! More
DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a terrible car that broke within 5 months. After about 2-3 weeks of getting this $14,000 car, the battery died. Now mind DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a terrible car that broke within 5 months. After about 2-3 weeks of getting this $14,000 car, the battery died. Now mind you, I had a 90 day warranty but when I called they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it was used....BUT I HAD A 90 DAY WARRANTY. then my engine broke due to lack of oil, now I know you're supposed to change the oil every 5,000 miles. But I doubt that I drove that much in that amount of time and even if I did....NO LIGHT CAME ON!!!! and when I called AGAIN they said and I quote "What do you want us to do about it?" LIKE FIX MY CAR THAT I BAUGHT FROM YOU 5 MONTHS AGO! And no one ever called me back. Now I have to put in another $5400 to get the engine fixed.I REPEAT! DO NOT GO HERE! They just want their commission, they will tell you anything and then when your car breaks they dont do anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE! fast forward a few weeks and they told me to come in to see what all they could do. $3,000 was all they were willing to do for a trade in. FOR A 14,000 CAR! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE CALLING A LAWYER! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! More
