Honest and hard working. I would like to thank the whole dealership. The minute I walked though the door I was greeted with a firm handshake. Salesman Joe G not only listene I would like to thank the whole dealership. The minute I walked though the door I was greeted with a firm handshake. Salesman Joe G not only listened to me and what I wanted, but was able to find exactly what i was looking for. He also made it fit my budget which i never thought I'd be able to finance In my life, until I met Rick Legier. He not only was professional, but unlike any finance guy I've ever heard of. His first few days at Kelly neleive it or not, had relations with the bank and really fought for me. He did such an amazing job getting me where I needed to be he also was able to fit in my budget a warranty which I'd have full coverage though out my expected ownership of the vehicle. If you have any doubt weather you will get approved with great terms make sure you sit with Rick and let him explain to you everything to you because he has your best interests in mind. Unsatisfactory I brought my car in today with extensive information on what was wrong with my car but bc service could not duplicate the problem they did not fix it. I brought my car in today with extensive information on what was wrong with my car but bc service could not duplicate the problem they did not fix it. I have serious issues with my air conditioner and the ambiance temperature. Service did not drive the car far enough to duplicate issue in the cooler temperatures. I have documented with text and video the changes the ambiance temperature. I was told after again evaluating the problem on my own after dropping off the loaner the existing problem. Now I have to complete the process all over again because there was not sufficient effort made to diagnose the problem. In two days the temperature is going to be in the 80’s again and mybcar is seriously dysfunctional because of the ambiance temperature gauge is faulty. I drive from Gloucester to Bedford each day. The service folks need to just repair the issue and not try to duplicate it while sitting idle or only driving six miles. This is a huge problem according to reviews on line so Nissan should be familiar with it. Everyone was friendly and nice which is great but my car did not get diagnosed correctly. More
