Dan Snow my sales representative sat me down got to know me a little told him my story. He had no sign of disrespect toward my already embarrassing situation, he worked with me found my price point and created a list of a few cars I may be interested in based off what I was looking for. Worked with Barry in the finance office, worked my numbers and made many inquiries to different banks to find one that would work with me based on my very poor credit. I went home they continued to work, into the late afternoon I received a call from Dan that Barry had it worked out gave me the numbers and we went forward! Next morning sale complete and I only had to spend minimal time at the dealership! More

I Brought My Car To The Service Department Once Again Kelly Volkswagen In Danvers Mass. Does It Again For Excellent Customer Service And Hospitality. I Brought My Car To The Service Department To Have A Noise Check In My Front-End And I Though It Was Brakes And Turn Out To My Left And Right Control Arms. They Told Me It Would Be About $1000.00 To Replace Them. But Since The Is Still Under Warranty It Would Cost Me $50.00 Dollars. I Did Not Have To Wait Because They Give Me A Loaner Car And The Vehicle Would Be Done By The End Of The Day. The Employees At Kelly Volkswagen Are GREAT !!!! And Know What They Doing.
