Great Service Experience I came in for a 25,000 oil change, to get an inspection sticker and have them check my brakes. After a short time, Dave came by to say that the front I came in for a 25,000 oil change, to get an inspection sticker and have them check my brakes. After a short time, Dave came by to say that the front brakes need to be replaced and that they have the parts in stock. Since they should not have failed this soon, they did all the work under warranty. Since it was going to take 3+ hours, he offered me a loaner for free and I was on my way. Returned and picked up my car, washed and serviced and all set. What a great dealer experience. Top notch service. Hats off to Dave Poirier for being right on the ball for me, all of this on a busy Friday. More

I also love coming in for a vacume and a wash because Kevin greets me klike hes happy i came in and Not "Oh no another wash!" He is awesome I love this dealership i drove by for years Heading to Ira toyaota and Lexus . I am now excited to call thsi My dealership!!! Its awesome --i love it!!!! My vehicle needed some minor repairs which were replaced under warranty plus a recall on the water pump. I also received a complimentary vehicle for the day without any charges. I am beyond satisfied with Kelly Volkswagen of Danvers and will continue to do business in the future with this dealership. More

Xpress Service not exactly "express". I dropped my car off for an oil change and multi-point inspection on July 3rd (Thurs). Normally I would call days ahead to make an appointment for th I dropped my car off for an oil change and multi-point inspection on July 3rd (Thurs). Normally I would call days ahead to make an appointment for this, but the service rep told me about their Xpress service in which I can just stop by and have the service done quickly. I brought my car in at 9am that Thurs, and the service rep was very cordial and was able to initiate the process quickly. He did warn me that they were busy that day, but expected it to be done in 2-3 hours. Since I had arranged a ride home, I decided to leave my car there and asked the rep to call me when it is ready. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours, I called the service dept to see if my car was ready to be picked up. The rep told me it was just entering the bay and should be ready in 1 1/2 hours. After waiting an additional 2 hours, I called again to ask if the car was ready. The rep said they were finishing up and it would be another 20 mins. I told the rep that I would start heading over there in anticipation for the car to be ready. I arrived at the dealership in 10 mins and I had to wait another 30 mins before the car was ready. All told, I dropped my car off at 9am and it was not ready until 2:40pm. The whole time the service reps were very nice, so I have no complaints there. I just feel that if you advertise "Xpress Service", then it should not take over 5 1/2 hours to complete a routine oil change and inspection. -Mike Silveira More

I always look forward to having my car vacuumed but this time they did a poor job. More
I had a very positive experience recently with Kelly VW. They were able to really come through with great customer service after an initial issue with a snow tire installation. I only gave 4s for: Quality of Work: I did have to go back, so that's why they were dinged a point. However, the level of service provided leading up to and during the return visit was fantastic. Overall Experience: Again, I did have to go back, hence they were dinged a point. I do admit to have been in a bit of a sticky wicket on the initial visit - having been towed in with two flat tires (potholes!) - so I couldn't even leave under my own power since the spare was already used. And they didn't have a loaner available, or I would've left the car - and that probably would've avoided the return visit. So, having to go back, and not having a loaner available I think merits losing a point. Otherwise, the experience was very, very good. More
