Bought new 2017 4 door Willys 6 months ago Nick was great at helping me get set up in a new Willys a few months ago. Also, even after I bought the Jeep he and his staff continued to be helpful Nick was great at helping me get set up in a new Willys a few months ago. Also, even after I bought the Jeep he and his staff continued to be helpful whenever I had a question etc. For example, a few months after buying the Jeep I called because I couldn't figure out how to redeem my free oil changes etc. Nick still took the time look things up and make sure my vehicle was set up to bring to a different Jeep dealer closer to my new residence to redeem the oil changes. After a six and a half hour drive from my small town in North Carolina, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was and the dealership had that "small town feel", which is very nice! The entire staff at Ganley Village Dodge Jeep Ram was helpful and very approachable. The guys and gals all had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy providing excellent customer service. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!! My daughter and I went to so many dealerships and got either denied or asked to pay an impossible down payment. We decided to try one more place and contacted Todd. Since we lived a little further away and he knew our history of denials he asked us to submit everything online to see if he could help us. Well that same day he called back with GREAT news. We actually got approved! We came in the next day and had our eye on a certain car, so he had it all ready for us. The process was so easy and Todd couldn't be a nicer more respectable, honest dealer. He answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel like just another customer or just a dollar sign. After seeing Bob in financing, who is also amazing at his job, my daughter got to drive away in her gorgeous car. We couldn't be happier! I plan on going to Todd and Ganley whenever I'm in need of a new vehicle. The whole dealership was so welcoming and all of the employees treated us so respectfully.
