Had a pretty large problem with their brand new vehicle purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. Was interested in a pre-owned Grand Cherokee for my Girlfriend, and Eli was our salesman. He may be new in the car industry but he has right attitude and really has his head in the game! Although we weren’t able to come to a deal because of lack of effort on the sales managers, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for any Jeep Dodge or Ram or used as well, to go see Eli he will take care of you! If he hasn’t already he needs to be recognized for all his efforts as he spent hours with us trying to make something happen and find the right vehicle for her. I was also in there on a separate occasion and dealt with another salesperson who was NOT Eli and was quoted $1000 a month on a Charger Scat pack with absolutely no explanation on those numbers. Went elsewhere and got it for several hundred less per month. Very dismissive with no interest to make a sale. Have purchased two $50k plus cars there previously but was treated like some teenage kid who was wasting his time. Not the way to treat customers. More
