My purchase was advertised “Employee Pricing”for everyone. The advertised price was $21997 for my 2020 Fiat 500x. However, the sales price escaped over $25000 when the paper work came back. I can understand a higher interest(finance rate) because of my low credit score but not an increase in the selling price..I wasn’t offered discounts , e.I. Veteran, AARP, etc., returning lease/customer. After 4 hours of sitting in the showroom, I expected better. Between,the negative equity for the returned lease and excessive selling price, it all added up to my paying the $8300 left on my lease and taxes on $25000. But, I wanted the Fiat 500x but is very unhappy feeling ripped off , More

I felt that with my experience Eric Thompson was more about getting the sale than working for his customer.
