I've brought my car here many times and this was the worst experience I've had. Dropped my car off at 10am and at 5:30pm(almost closing), I hadn't heard anything so I called to check in. The girl told me they were looking at my car and someone would call me soon, didn't hear anything that day or in the morning so I called again and Dave told me they were just starting to look at my car. Called me back a few hours later to tell me the issues and that nothing was covered under warranty and I told him at that time to move forward with the repairs. He said they'd get started right away. Called me hours later to tell me the part they needed to fix the car was not on site so they had to get it and weren't sure if my car would be ready for me to get to work on time. I was just frustrated with the lack of communication and the disruption of my schedule. I'm not sure why I dropped it off Monday for it not to even be looked at until Tuesday. More

I had prior work done on my vehicle back on January 24, 2023 and picked up on January 31, 2023. Unfortunately, I noticed weeks later there were damage done to my interior. This made me extremely upset es 2023 and picked up on January 31, 2023. Unfortunately, I noticed weeks later there were damage done to my interior. This made me extremely upset especially considering my vehicle had 9,566 miles and I spent a lot of money on the purchase back on 10/2021. Furthermore, should not have to take my vehicle to be serviced to have damage done. I was not having any response from the temporary service manager and felt as if he was ignoring my concerns and calls forcing me to contact the corporate office. I commend the Director of Customer Relations, Patrick for personally contacting me and speaking on my behalf to the manager of the dealership and the recently hired Service Manager, C'ontae. He listed to my concerns and extended a sincere apology. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the new service manager to make arrangements for the repair work to be done and offering an apology of his own including a rental car while being serviced. I commend them both for taking ownership and turning a very bad customer experience into a good one, I felt valued when I left the dealership! I appreciate the service manager taking the lead and personally making sure the work was completed properly but equally important overseeing the repairs and keeping me in the loop with updates. Also, want to recognize Carlyle who always puts the customer first and delivers quality customer service interaction, she truly takes pride in her work. Additionally, recognize Ken at the service desk for all his assistance and kindness he extended my way. Lastly, much recognition to the service tech, Shawn for all his hard work with the repairs and meeting my expectations! Job well done! These individuals are the definition of excellence and are the "A" team! These individuals know the true meaning of making every moment matter and are worthy of all recognition and earned this compliment! More
My visit was a big improvement from the last time I had service. I very much appreciated the fact that they covered the seats with a piece of plastic and everything was almost as clean as I left it .. clea service.
