Seems to be a lot larger than the old place. I like the way you are ushered in on arrival. Only thing that is missing is the car wash after service. Guess there is no room for that. The staff at Ken Ganley Ford Parma is courteous and the facility is clean. With one of the first electric vehicles from Ford, it’s obvious that there is a learning curve for how to bill on certain services facility is clean. With one of the first electric vehicles from Ford, it’s obvious that there is a learning curve for how to bill on certain services and that Ford Corporate will need to learn this new business. Paying heftily for updates that involve safety and/or those that should come OTA is not acceptable. More
