The staff at Ken Ganley Ford Parma is courteous and the facility is clean. With one of the first electric vehicles from Ford, it’s obvious that there is a learning curve for how to bill on certain services facility is clean. Got an oil change and came home to my car leaking oil. Went back and they said it was a gasket that cracked during the oil change. They fixed it and came home to it still leaking. Brought it back for a 3r Went back and they said it was a gasket that cracked during the oil change. They fixed it and came home to it still leaking. Brought it back for a 3rd time and they said someone spilled oil and didn’t clean it well. They cleaned it and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Horrible experience and will never be back. So much trouble for a basic oil change. More
