Unfortunately there was a mixup with a set of tires, and I was given the incorrect set on my car. Initially, it looked like I may be stuck with the tires, which was frustrating. However, Matt stuck to his word and checked to see if there was a way I could return the wrong set and get the correct set. Matt called me on Monday letting me know that they were going to resolve my problem with no extra cost, and scheduled me for an appointment. I came in and got the new set of tires today and they're fantastic! I appreciate Matt and his team for acknowledging an honest mistake and correcting it in a timely manner. More
