I am very disappointed that my son came in for an oil change and was there 2.5 hours. When an oil change typically takes a half hour. I’d rather pay $100 and be done in 20 minutes then have our time was change and was there 2.5 hours. When an oil change typically takes a half hour. I’d rather pay $100 and be done in 20 minutes then have our time wasted. I don’t really care that it was free. They knew he was waiting for the vehicle. They should have had it done within the hour. That’s called bad scheduling. Very disappointed!!! More
