The search for a vehicle & eventual purchase took 5 months & I was in contact with numerous sales reps & dealerships.... and Matt Ferdig from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe was one of the elite people I dealt with. Just because of the quality of up front info, no hidden tricks or cost increases, honest & trustworthy talks... I was confident if I was to buy from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe. I feel that they want to deliver quality vehicles at competitive prices for the good of the people. Just the fact alone that I was sent photos of the vehicle before they were able to do their full inspection felt like they had nothing to hide and wanted to accommodate my requests as soon as they could.
