I would give our sales rep, Brian Lunar, five stars. The only reason I give the dealer four stars is because we didn't receive a GREAT deal. (I think we received a good deal.) Unfortunately, my experience with buying a car at Ganley Subaru was not good. I bought 2021 Subaru Forester on Saturday, November 13. I did not use financing, and told the sales person that my check needs t Subaru was not good. I bought 2021 Subaru Forester on Saturday, November 13. I did not use financing, and told the sales person that my check needs to be sent to the bank 3 days later because I was transferring money from my saving account in one bank to my checking account in another bank. It normally takes up to 3 days to transfer. I was assured that my check would be sent to the bank on the agreed date. However, it was sent to the bank right away, and my account got overdrawn. All Ganley Subaru offered to me was to reimburse the fees my bank charged to my account. I never had any late payments or overdrafts in my whole life in any account, I always maintain a healthy balance in all my accounts. Now because of the company mistake or negligence, I got wrinkles in my spotless credit profile. More
