Giovanni was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything to me and arranged for a ride home. The whole process was as smooth as could be. My only complaint is that it was not under warranty even though I only have 31k miles. It was over 2 years but I thought it was whatever came second not whatever came first. I was not happy to have to pay $230 to have a fuse changed. That was so unfair and not at all appreciated More
