The dealership responded back to me with the requested information, but only after a secondary email restating my request. And the information provided was not as comprehensive as I requested. On the plus side the conversation was cordial and their internet sales manager also followed up with me. I would encourage more dealership work with customers who indicate their communication style is electronic versus trying to get a customer in the door; our time as as valuable as yours. Ultimately I worked with Brunswick Subaru for their willingness to provide me all the info needed and respecting my time. More
