Going in for routine maintenance, it was discovered that a ball joint needed replacing. I elected to have the work done immediately and was told it would take an additional 2 1/2 hours. I regularly recommend Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliff to any Subaru owners and anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Jason in service is the primary reason for that! We own 3 Subarus and so I have a lot of any Subaru owners and anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Jason in service is the primary reason for that! We own 3 Subarus and so I have a lot of interactions there, and I honestly could not recommend a better guy to work with or a better guy to run your department! I took my '07 Legacy in for a grinding noise on the front passenger wheel. They gave me a '25 Imperza as a loaner. They had my car for 6 days. Their "Tech could not duplicate my concern". After several test drives and various inspections they returned my car to me at No Charge. I'm impressed at the dealerships honestly. I'm impressed with the Tech continuing to remedy my original concern, when the problem was not obvious or easy to find. They treated me the way I would treat any customer if I was the owner of this dealership! More
The staff at Ken Ganley Subaru Service in Wickliffe Ohio are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. They are very courteous; attentive to every detail; very communicative to kee are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before.
