Considering the fact that you can’t just show up at the dealership thinking you get to test drive a car you’re interested in, our salesman Dan was fantastic helping me be comfortable with our decision to p dealership thinking you get to test drive a car you’re interested in, our salesman Dan was fantastic helping me be comfortable with our decision to purchase a new vehicle. We test drove some used cars and checked out presold cars. However, Since we had to wait a few months for my beautiful new car to be built, Dan let me ask many questions during that time in which he responded immediately. I even switched car colors and he was happy to make that change for me knowing I’d be happy in the end pulling out of the car lot with the most beautiful vehicle that showed up on their lot! More

I've purchased multiple cars from Ken Garff Honda Riverdale over the years. Every single time has been a very pleasant experience. Jeremy Butler listened to our needs and was able to get us a great H Riverdale over the years. Every single time has been a very pleasant experience. Jeremy Butler listened to our needs and was able to get us a great Honda Pilot to exceed our expectations. At no point were there any "high pressure" sales tactics. Your Salesperson Jeremy was great and accommodating. The dealership sales manager, however, wasn't willing to give me the market trade-in value of my swap vehicle. Particularly disappointing in that i The dealership sales manager, however, wasn't willing to give me the market trade-in value of my swap vehicle. Particularly disappointing in that it was also a Honda of the same model year (current) with only 1317 miles and in new/showroom condition. A trade up situation. For that reason, I plan to purchase my additional desired Honda accessories and have them installed elsewhere. I'd make only a limited recommendation of the dealership. They were good at offering accommodation and convivence but seem care more about maxing out the profit of a single sale rather than cultivating a loyal customer base for future sales, service and recommendations.
