I purchased my vehicle from another Honda location about a year ago, and recently it had thrown a check engine light. Upon getting it diagnosed, I found it was a critical part of the engine that would lead a year ago, and recently it had thrown a check engine light. Upon getting it diagnosed, I found it was a critical part of the engine that would lead to catastrophic failure if not fixed. I had opted in for power-train coverage when purchased, and brought my car in to the Riverdale location to hopefully get it figured out. Lizzy and many other members of the team treated me wonderfully. They helped guide me through the process, set appropriate expectations, and filed my claim through Cornerstone for me. They reached out with anything that seemed significant, and maintained absolute transparency through-out the whole process. They practically rebuilt my entire engine in the matter of days. What would have been a $3,500 dollar repair ended up only costing me $100 because of their diligence. It was a wonderful experience that kept me from having no transportation and financial destitute.
