Oil Change and alignment took over 4 hours!!!!! Sent my wife in to do a oil change (pre-scheduled 8:30am appointment) on the Pilot. She sat in their waiting room for it to be completed. After about 20 minutes (8:48am) they said it ALSO needed an alignment. They told her it would take them another 30 minutes (cause its really busy here). She said yes proceed. Then she waited...and waited...about 3 more hours till 12:42pm when she called me saying that they just bearly pulled it out. One other small suggestion...after my wife finally got the keys..she found that she was blocked in by the long line of cars in the service driveway. And had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to move the cars. More

To me, even more importantly, the service department staff has always, without fail, been friendly, kind and willing to answer any question. Even though it's not a thing a person normally looks forward to, when I see my little wrench light come on meaning it's time to take the car in for maintenance, I feel more like it's time to see my friends at Ken Garff.
