We searched throughout the area and while there were options out there, aligned with the budget, neither of us were feeling particularly good about the choices. I had lived in Ogden in 2015 and always and satisfactorily, used Ken Graff Honda for the upkeep of my own car. I checked the website on the off channel center they'd have a good vehicle within my father's budget and sure enough - they did. It was a blessing. We received good customer service from the sales rep Tyler Briscoe and are happy with the overall experience. More

New key bob installation Frank greeted me with a friendly, welcoming attitude. He explained the procedure that was to take place and approximate time to complete. I indicate that I would wait for my vehicle. it was completed in the state time. I was given my receipt, new key bob as well as the my current key bob. Frank indicated if there were issues with the key bobs and the vehicle to call him and the service department would remedy the issue. Excellent communication/explsination by Frank as well as providing me with assurances. Well done!! More

Alignment and new tires I brought my car in to get new tires and an alignment as well as a dress a safety recall on my accord. I was in a hurry so I asked them to expedite t I brought my car in to get new tires and an alignment as well as a dress a safety recall on my accord. I was in a hurry so I asked them to expedite the process in which they did very well. However, when I picked up the car this service Tech told me the alignment information was left in the car I thought that was odd but OK I paid what I owed nearly 600 dollars a and left. When I went to the car I picked up the alignment information and noticed it had a Before & After diagram. The diagram showed the front right portion of the vehicle was in red or out of tolerance before the alignment. I noticed on the after alignment the although there were some slight changes in some of the other portions of the vehicle the portion that the front right was that in red before was still in red and shown to be out of tolerance after the alignment. This was not made clear to me at all until I'd paid and got in the vehicle and read the information. If there was an issue getting the in vehicle aligned within tolerance I believe they should have made me aware of it instead of just charging me for it and hoping I didn't notice. I feel ripped off and I'm very displeased I will be contacting them shortly. More
