Failure to inform I brought in my pilot to have the check engine light checked as well as a recall repair. Upon pickup the check engine light was not addressed. I was required to wait to find out and told I will need to bring it in again. A phone call prior to pick up and the problem resolved while my vehicle was in the shop would have made a world of difference. I will now have to spend another day without a car. More

Service Everything was good. The only thing I want to mention is this. I received a video of my dirty air filters but there was absolutely no mention of my Everything was good. If I had not noticed it on the paperwork nothing would have been said. So the thing that would have stranded my wife that was tested and found bad was not even mentioned. I appreciate being informed about dirty filters but an item of far greater concern was not mentioned. I don’t know if that is because it was a warranty item or not. Other than that everything was great! More
