We arrived there on a Wednesday afternoon after looking for a SUV at other deale We are very happy with the customer service we received at Ken Garff. We arrived there on a Wednesday afternoon after looking for a SUV at other dealerships and had been disappointed with what we had seen so far. The friendly receptionist arranged for Tyler to help us. After telling him what we were looking for, he ran in for a key fob and we were on the road in minutes test driving a new Honda. Tyler offered us a no nonsense price and was patient when we told him we'd like to test drive another car the next day. He had it ready to go when we arrived in the morning. After returning from our test drive Tyler gave us the time we needed to make a decision. There was no pressure to buy the car or any of the other services offered. He arranged our financing while service readied and cleaned the car. Before we drove off, Tyler spent time showing us the bells and whistles of our new CRV! We love our new car! More

Amazing in every way David was simply amazing. Our experience started in April when we began looking for a car. Then a financial calamity struck and we had to put it off David was simply amazing. David scheduled a time to call a couple months later and actually followed through. We had to continue to put off a new car for a couple more months, but he stayed with us. Finally, today we felt we are possibly ready. We came in and he remembered what was important to us and presented a perfect choice. After a test drive and some paperwork, and his diligence working with our still difficult financial situation, we are very pleased to have a wonderful, reliable family van! Also, we noticed a very small chip in the windshield and he made arrangements to have it fixed before we left today. More
