one of two things was taken care of and that was the oil change. I paid to have the driver-side "yellow" light replaced that turns on with the headlights; however, that light is still out. My schedule doe change. I paid to have the driver-side "yellow" light replaced that turns on with the headlights; however, that light is still out. My schedule doesn't provide much time to keep going back to get things fixed so I haven't had a chance to set up an appointment to get this corrected. Also, the driverside headlight was out and turned on about 20 minutes after I left the service center with my vehicle. I didn't notice at the time Ieft since it wasn't dark enough. Not sure if the vehicle takes a little while to recognize any changes but the headlight just turned on after some time. I'm not sure how the technician could have verified their work with this issue. Your autobody shop gave us an estimate of one week to complete the bumper work. It took over a week and a half and we had to call to get updates. One call was never returned even though the woman said sh complete the bumper work. It took over a week and a half and we had to call to get updates. One call was never returned even though the woman said she would. Another call said she would check on it and she gave me some info leading me to believe she would call back with a date and time. I had to call back later that day to find out that it was done. The service on the vehicle was fine, the communication was not fine. More
