Jesse took care of my car and me! I found out in front of him that I was lied to when I got the car, and he let me cry (it was a big lie), didn't charge me for the diagnostic, and then took care of the probl him that I was lied to when I got the car, and he let me cry (it was a big lie), didn't charge me for the diagnostic, and then took care of the problems when I was ready to bring it in. He even remembered me. I was super impressed with him. He felt like someone that actually cared and tried to help me out, instead of taking advantage of me (which is honestly what I'm used to with cars). I had my oddesey 2008 in for repairs which was “fixed” and I took home. I got stranded again and discovered problem was misdiagnosed and have been waiting for going on four weeks for “right” part to come and I took home. I got stranded again and discovered problem was misdiagnosed and have been waiting for going on four weeks for “right” part to come in. I have had no car for this entire time! No rental was given to help me out. They then said they closed the two plants that manufacture the “wiring harness” needed to repair my vehicle. Cancer took my husband last Christmas so I have not got the person that would normally “handle” these issues for me. I have been traumatized by this experience and hope no one else falls victim to these same circumstances. More

I had the wrong oil put into my vehicle that caused an engine oil warning message that Ken Garf repeatedly told me was not their fault which resulted in after 3 attempts with Ken Garf taking it to a Volks engine oil warning message that Ken Garf repeatedly told me was not their fault which resulted in after 3 attempts with Ken Garf taking it to a Volkswagen dealership where they confirmed it was the wrong engine oil which they replaced and tried to charge us…upon calling Ken Garf they argued that it wasn’t their fault and refused to pay for it until I had them call Volkswagen. Unbelievable crappy customer service and waste of money and time. Very disappointed with Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. More
