Unable to solve problem The Android Auto app will not connect from my phone to the car. Service was not able to resolve the issue. I was there for 2.5 hours but needed to leave for a doctor's appointment. They suggested I bring the car in for further inspection early in the day. I spent another hour on my phone today with Verizon but the problem continues. I cannot get a bluetooth icon to appear on my car home screen. Frank was very apologetic and polite. The time from my pickup to my destination went by very quickly because of her pleasant conversation! I was informed of a malfunctioning light as well as a brake fluid replacement which was well overdue.
