I was asked multiple times for feedback, I asked to be left alone, then received more feedback requests. Enough is enough. Have good business practices that focus on the customer experience, within reason left alone, then received more feedback requests. Enough is enough. I had issues with this location before and will not use this location for anything again. It has lead me to no longer what Hondas at all. Go Toyota. More

We called as a courtesy before our appointment to let them know specific service items originally requested were no longer needed and got the run around. Nothing like making a customer feel like crap fo them know specific service items originally requested were no longer needed and got the run around. Nothing like making a customer feel like crap for trying to be consider. That was very disappointing. Next time we won’t do that. More
